PRESENTATION WITH PURPOSE

The device. The accessories.
The complete arrangement.

Start with everything that goes into the pack.

01 / THE FIT

Measure the packed set.

Include pouches, plug pins, straps, cables and documentation in your dimensions.

02 / THE SUPPORT

Plan contact and clearance.

Identify sensitive surfaces and the loading and removal space each component needs.

03 / THE BRAND

Organize every version.

Supply approved model information, artwork and quantities for each product variant.

CHOOSE WITH CONFIDENCE

A guide to electronics packaging.

Choose a structure around the device.

Custom printed electronics boxes can use compact folding cartons, larger rigid presentation packs or constructions with separate accessory compartments. Choose the format around the actual packed product, including its primary protection and documentation. A charger with projecting pins needs different clearance from a coiled cable; headphones need room for cushions and joints; a smartwatch layout must account for the strap. Open the closest product above to review its specific packing considerations.

Review inserts and performance requirements.

A fitted paperboard insert can organize items and create an orderly opening presentation. Its contact areas, retention and removal clearance should be reviewed using the complete product. Ordinary printed stock should not be assumed to provide anti-static properties, moisture protection or verified cushioning. State any specific performance requirement and describe the delivery conditions. Retail presentation and the outer shipping pack need to be considered together before confirming materials.

Build a complete artwork and order brief.

Provide inside dimensions in one unit, packed weight, item list, quantity, insert layout and destination. Include approved model names, specifications and barcode artwork, with separate files and quantities for each version. Keep essential identification away from folds and closures. Review materials and finishes alongside box structures, then confirm the final proof and specification before production.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Before you choose.

Which electronics box should I choose?

Start with the complete packed device, included accessories and the desired opening presentation. Choose the closest product above and describe the arrangement in its quote form.

Can I request an insert for several components?

Provide the dimensions of every item and a layout reference. Compartments, support areas and removal clearance can be reviewed around the set.

Do these boxes provide anti-static protection?

Standard printed board does not automatically provide anti-static performance. Include any specific protection requirement for material and packing review.

Can different models use matching artwork?

A shared visual identity can be planned across several models, while dimensions, inserts and identification remain specific to each version. Provide quantities and final artwork by variant.

What information helps you prepare a quotation?

Share packed measurements, weight, quantity, item list, insert needs, material and finish preferences, artwork versions and destination. Describe any undecided requirement for guidance.

COMPARE YOUR PACKAGING OPTIONS

Custom electronics packaging for your product range.

Match the format to the product.

Plan custom printed packaging for device retail, mobile accessories and electronics presentation. Earphone and smartwatch packs organize devices and accessories. Charger cartons need clearance for projecting pins; cable boxes follow the finished coil. Headphone layouts account for cushions and joints. Mobile accessory packs need a complete item list.

Review materials and the complete pack.

Identify delicate surfaces, primary protection and required insert clearance. Standard printed board does not automatically provide anti-static properties, moisture protection or validated cushioning. State performance requirements separately for confirmation.

Prepare dimensions and artwork for a quote.

Include plug pins, cables, straps, cushions and device contact surfaces in your brief. State inside length, width and height in one unit, packed weight, quantity and your delivery destination. Provide your logo, approved product text and quantities for each artwork version. Where a detail is undecided, describe the intended use so it can be reviewed. Compare packaging materials and print finishes with box structures, then open the relevant product below to request its quotation.

Quote electronics kits by complete configuration

Include every supplied accessory and instruction sheet alongside the main device. Compare configurations with different connectors, straps or cases before sharing one insert. Separate printed presentation from specialized primary protection requirements. List quantities by model and artwork, US delivery destination and required stock date, then open the relevant product for its quotation form.

PLAN YOUR PACKAGING

Choose electronics packaging by supplied components

Use actual products, primary protection and documentation. Visual presentation does not establish ESD, battery-shipping or transport compliance.

A case and small accessories

Include the charging case, cable and other supplied pieces. Review support and removal as a complete layout. Compare earphone packaging.

A charger and its projections

Measure pins, folded plugs and bundled cables. Define individual and kit variants before comparing a common carton. Review charger formats.
