Custom votive packaging for candles and holders

Votive packaging should distinguish between a wrapped candle and a candle supplied in a holder. Custom printed votive candle boxes can create a compact retail presentation, but each format has different dimensions and support needs. Begin with the complete item sold to the customer, including labels, wrapping and any accompanying card.

Compact cartons and internal support

Folding paperboard can be considered for an individual votive carton. Stock and closure should follow the packed weight and display requirement. A fitted insert may be reviewed where it helps define the holder position. If the vessel is fragile, describe the outer shipping pack; the small retail carton alone should not be assumed to provide sufficient transit protection.

Measuring the complete votive pack

Provide diameter or width and depth, total height and packed weight. Include the widest rim of a holder and any wrapping in the measurements. Small packs still need loading clearance and space for an insert if used. For multipacks, show the preferred arrangement instead of multiplying an individual box size without allowing for dividers.

A compact carton benefits from a readable order of information: brand, fragrance or collection name and supplied product text. Plan barcode or label positions around closures and folds. Several variants can share one structural format while using separate artwork. Provide quantities by version and check the final proof against the actual carton size.

Clarify whether the votive includes a holder

An uncontained candle and a candle supplied in a holder have different complete dimensions and packed weights. Include the holder rim, label and wrapping, then show the arrangement for each pack count. Check loading, restraint and removal in a sample without assuming the same insert fits every format. Provide quantities by arrangement and scent artwork, the US destination and any outer delivery pack needed.
