Custom perfume packaging with a considered opening

Perfume presentation combines the bottle, insert and outer box. Custom printed perfume boxes can use folding cartons or rigid presentation structures according to the brief. The opening experience should remain practical: a fitted package needs enough clearance to remove the bottle comfortably while presenting it clearly when opened.

Rigid board, folding cartons and bottle support

Rigid board is a material direction for a presentation box, while paperboard cartons may suit another retail format. An insert can support the bottle and define its visible position. Share glass-bottle weight, shape and any cap or accessory. Retail presentation packaging may still need an outer shipping carton and additional protection for delivery.

Measuring the complete perfume bottle

Provide full bottle height with the cap attached, width, depth and filled weight. Include protective wrapping and any accessory. A decorative cap may be wider than the bottle body, so record the largest dimensions. Insert clearances and box measurements should be reviewed together using the actual bottle or an accurate reference.

Printed perfume boxes and artwork planning

Foil, embossing and printed interior surfaces can be discussed against the agreed material. Keep fine details and small lettering within a practical print area. If several fragrance variants share a box, supply each version and quantity. Approve the structure, insert arrangement and artwork before confirming production.

Include the perfume cap and decorated bottle in the fit

Measure the sealed bottle with its cap fitted, including shoulders, projections and any outer sleeve. Identify surfaces that should avoid contact with the insert and show the preferred orientation. For gift sets, add companion products and cards to the arrangement before measuring. A presentation carton or rigid pack does not automatically replace a protective outer shipper; describe the dispatch process alongside the display requirements.

Review luxury finishes on the proposed surface

Provide logo artwork, color references and quantities for each fragrance or set. Mark foil, embossing or other finish areas separately according to the approved file requirements. Compare a physical sample for corner detail, bottle removal and the appearance of the wrap or print. Include the US destination and timing requirements in the quote so packaging, quantities and delivery terms can be confirmed as one project.
