Custom pendant packaging for individual pieces and sets

A pendant box should make room for the full setting and attachment, including the bail. Custom printed pendant boxes can present an individual piece or a pendant with a chain, depending on the layout. These two packs can have different depth requirements even when the pendant size is unchanged. Define the complete contents and the intended position of the focal piece.

Pendant cards and fitted inserts

A presentation card or fitted insert can position the pendant within a rigid box. The material, attachment points and surface contact should suit the actual piece. Where a chain sits behind the card, its storage space and removal method need consideration. Review the insert and outer dimensions together so the lid closes without pressing on the jewelry.

Setting thickness, bail and chain space

Measure the pendant at its widest point and include the full thickness of the setting. Record the bail dimensions and whether it adds height. If a chain is supplied, show the displayed portion and the space needed for the remaining length. Include product cards, wrapping and insert depth in the packed measurements shared for the quotation.

Printed pendant boxes and artwork planning

A portrait lid can give the brand a clear focal point above the product presentation. Keep supplied text readable and plan any finish within the usable surface. Several pendant styles may use a shared visual identity but need different insert layouts. Send quantities by product and artwork version and confirm the full specification alongside the proof.

Include the bail and chain in the pendant brief

Measure the widest decorated area, depth and projecting bail. State whether the pendant is packed alone or with a chain, and show where the support contacts the piece. Review the lid clearance and how the item is lifted out; the front silhouette alone does not define the complete packaging space. Quote quantities by pendant size and artwork, with the US destination and any protective dispatch layer included.
