Artwork and submitted material

Submit material you are entitled to use and identify any third-party rights that affect its production. The business must define its artwork approval process, permitted usage, file-retention policy and treatment of errors before accepting production orders.

Purchasing and payment

Online purchasing remains disabled until approved rates, shipping, tax and payment settings are available. When enabled, checkout presents the applicable order details. Payment confirmation must come from the payment provider’s verified processing flow, not only from a browser redirect.

Product-specific requirements

Food-contact, healthcare, transport, environmental and other application requirements must be reviewed for the exact construction. General material descriptions do not establish certification or regulatory suitability.

Policies awaiting approval

Cancellation, returns, remakes, damaged-delivery handling, proof approval, tolerances, governing law and dispute terms require the business’s explicit approval. This draft does not invent those terms or remove any rights required by applicable law.
