Privacy Policy

Review draft — not a final business policy. This staging document describes the implemented website behavior. The business must approve its legal identity, contact details, retention schedule and commercial terms before launch.

Information you provide

The quote and contact forms collect your name, email, optional phone, packaging preferences, quantity, optional dimensions, notes and optional artwork. Consent and its recorded time are stored with the request. Order information is handled by WooCommerce when purchasing is enabled.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to your packaging inquiry, prepare an order when agreed and maintain a record of the interaction. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Customer form fields and artwork details are not sent to analytics by this build.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the website database before email delivery is attempted. Artwork is kept outside public website storage and is available through a staff-only download. Authorized administrators can review requests, update their status and export records.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Hostinger. When configured, an SMTP service delivers inquiry notifications and acknowledgments. WooCommerce manages checkout and order records; an activated payment provider processes payments under its own terms. This build does not store raw payment-card details.

Security and cookies

Essential cookies can support logged-in access, forms and shopping-cart functionality. Temporary rate-limiting uses a salted representation of the connecting IP address. Server and security services may also process technical logs. Google Analytics is connected; optional analytics storage is controlled by cookie preferences.

Retention and requests

The business must set an approved retention period for inquiries, uploaded artwork, orders and backups before launch. Use the contact form to request information about your data or ask for a correction or deletion; applicable recordkeeping requirements must be considered.

Confirm the legal business name, responsible contact, relevant jurisdictions, data-request process, vendor details and retention rules before publishing this policy as final.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit to understand visits and interactions. Analytics storage requires your choice in the cookie preferences; advertising storage and personalization remain denied. Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurement signals when analytics storage is denied. You can change your choice from the footer.

With analytics accepted, our custom events count successful quote submissions and WhatsApp clicks. We do not include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, quote contents or artwork in these custom events. Custom event page addresses omit query strings and fragments. Your quote and chat information continue to be processed separately through the website systems.
