CHOOSE WITH CONFIDENCE

A guide to custom apparel packaging.

Match the structure to your garment.

Custom printed apparel boxes begin with the prepared garment and its presentation. Shirts need room for collars and support cards; T-shirts follow their folded footprint; hoodies need depth for thicker fabric and the hood. A clothing gift set requires an arrangement for every item, while socks and ties can use smaller, more focused formats. Choose a product above to review its sizing considerations and send your quote request on the same page.

Consider materials and the complete journey.

Folding paperboard, corrugated mailers and rigid presentation structures can be reviewed against packed weight, opening and display requirements. Tissue, inserts and dividers affect both the presentation and inside space. Explain whether the box is handed over in a shop or sent through a delivery network. A retail package may need an outer shipping carton or additional protection; final stock and construction should be agreed around the actual journey.

Prepare a clear sizing and artwork brief.

Measure folded length, width and total thickness with wrapping and accessories in place. Provide quantities by size, set configuration and artwork version. Plan the logo, supplied text and any product identification area around folds and closures. Finish preferences should be reviewed with the selected material. Compare materials and finishes and box structures before confirming the quotation and proof.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Before you choose.

Which apparel packaging format should I choose?

Begin with the garment folded as it will be sold, its packed weight and the opening you prefer. Choose the closest product above and describe wrapping, accessories and delivery conditions in the form.

Can one box size work for several garment sizes?

Share measurements for the largest complete pack and explain how smaller garments will be arranged. The fit, extra space and any insert can then be reviewed together.

Can I print my clothing brand on the box?

Provide your logo, final artwork, printed surfaces and quantities by design version. Material and finish combinations are confirmed with the quotation.

Will a presentation box also work for shipping?

That depends on the verified stock, structure, contents and handling conditions. Describe the delivery journey and any outer carton so transport protection can be reviewed separately from presentation.

What should I include in my quotation request?

Include inside dimensions, packed weight, quantity, wrapping, inserts, artwork versions, finish preferences and delivery destination. Describe any undecided detail so it can be reviewed with the project.

COMPARE YOUR PACKAGING OPTIONS

Custom apparel boxes for your product range.

Match the format to the product.

Plan custom printed packaging for fashion retail, clothing gifts and garment presentation. Shirt and T-shirt boxes follow the final folding arrangement. Hoodies can require more depth, while socks and tie packaging use smaller footprints. Clothing gift boxes are planned around the complete set, including tissue and cards.

Review materials and the complete pack.

Garment size labels do not define carton dimensions. Measure the product exactly as packed and include protective bags or wrapping. Plan loading and removal without excessive compression, then review the outer delivery pack if orders will be shipped.

Prepare dimensions and artwork for a quote.

Include folded garments, tissue, bags and accessory sets in your brief. State inside length, width and height in one unit, packed weight, quantity and your delivery destination. Provide your logo, approved product text and quantities for each artwork version. Where a detail is undecided, describe the intended use so it can be reviewed. Compare packaging materials and print finishes with box structures, then open the relevant product below to request its quotation.

Group clothing orders by packed format

Separate single garments from multi-item gifts and compare folds across fabric weights and sizes. Include tissue, bags, tags and cards in each layout. List quantities by format and artwork version, then provide US destination ZIP codes and the required stock date. Select the relevant garment page for its dimensions and inline quotation form.

PLAN YOUR PACKAGING

Choose apparel packaging by fold and selling format

Measure garments as packed with tags, tissue and supports. Retail gifts and dispatch cartons can need separate structures.

A bulkier folded garment

Include the hood and the largest intended fold. Review closure with the complete wrapped garment inside. Compare hoodie packaging.

A coordinated apparel set

Arrange garments and accessories together with cards and wrapping. Define the opening and any separate outer shipping layer. Plan clothing gifts.
