Custom printed candle boxes should follow the complete packed item. Jar candles need measurements with lids attached; pillars need clearance for decorative surfaces; tapers require a long layout and space around their tips. Votive packaging depends on whether a holder is included. Wax melts may already use a primary tray or wrap, while gift sets need an arrangement for every vessel and accessory. Review stock, wrapping and transport together.

Folding paperboard, corrugated protection and rigid presentation structures can be considered against filled weight, surface sensitivity and opening requirements. Inserts organize the contents but do not automatically establish transit performance. Describe glass or ceramic vessels, any primary wrapping and material contact. For wax melts or uncontained candles, stock and coating compatibility need review for the actual product. Include the outer delivery pack when planning a fragile set.

Prepare the artwork and quantity brief.

Supply inside dimensions, packed weight, wrapping and insert requirements with your preferred material and finish. Can I request custom dimensions and artwork?

Share inside dimensions, filled weight, logo and artwork versions with quantities for each size or scent. Final material, construction and printing are confirmed with the quotation.

Can a box include an insert or divider?

Provide a reference for the arrangement and accurate packed measurements. Insert material, compartment clearance and the outer box are reviewed together.

Will the retail box protect glass jars in delivery?

Protection depends on the verified stock, structure and complete packing system. Describe the delivery journey and outer shipping carton so fragile-vessel requirements can be reviewed.

What information affects the quotation?

Size, packed weight, material, closure, inserts, order quantity, artwork versions, finishes and delivery destination all contribute to the specification and pricing.
