Custom printed cosmetics packaging starts with the container as sold: a lipstick with its cap, a serum bottle with its dropper, a cream jar with its lid or a palette with its protective sleeve. Skincare sets and makeup collections need dimensions for every item and an agreed arrangement. Perfume packaging also needs the filled bottle weight and any insert requirement. Balance presentation, material and protection.

Folding paperboard cartons and rigid presentation boxes serve different packaging briefs. Consider shelf presentation, opening, packed weight and removal clearance together.
